Donation Requests
We believe in supporting our community, so we're happy to consider making in-kind donations to local, non-profit organizations. However, due to the large number of requests we receive, we are not able to grant every request or provide monetary donations.

If your non-profit would like to be considered for an in-kind donation, please fill out the form below and submit it via mail or email at least one month prior to the event. Phone call inquiries will not be returned. You will only be contacted if your donation request is approved.
DONATION POLICIES

In general, we adhere to the following policies:
We are not currently accepting requests for team or individual sports, bands, corporate events, labor organizations, fraternal organizations, individuals, child-related events, faith based or political organizations or organizations not registered as 501(c)3 or 501(c)6.

All donations must be picked up from Wisconsin Brewing Company between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise arranged.
​
Wisconsin Brewing Company is not able to provide staff to deliver or pour donated beer.
Beer donations intended or resale must be acquired through our local distributor and subject to all local, state and federal regulations.

Proper permit(s) are required to serve beer at your event. Contact your local municipality for guidance.
We will not contribute to organizations that discriminate based on race, creed, color, sex, age, national origin, veteran status or physical or mental disabilities.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. Qualified organizations are limited to one donation receipt within a 12 month period. Due to the large number of donation requests we receive, past support of your fundraiser or organization does not guarantee we will be able to donate again in subsequent years.
